As of February 28, 2025, we are transitioning online document submission to BenefitsCal, this is the only way securely submit documents online. 

What to expect? 

Be ready to share:
•    BenefitsCal Application Number or Case Number
•    County 
•    Name
•    Date of Birth
•    Document Type

Make sure you fill out these details for the person you’re uploading the documents for.
