The Office of Children and Families Policy (OCFP) aims to amplify the most critical needs of children and families in Santa Clara County and to provide data and evidence-based recommendations for sound policies, programs, and systems coordination. Our work is grounded in equity and the goal of ensuring the well-being of children and their families so that every child can be successful.

The mission of the County of Santa Clara is to plan for the needs of a dynamic community, provide quality services, and promote a healthy, safe, and prosperous community for all.
